Challenge

The Chimney is Leaning away from the House. It is starting to separate from the wall.

Solution

Install Helical Piers to Strengthen the Foundation and Lift the Chimney back to a Consistent Elevation with the rest of the Home's Foundation. Fill the Voids with Polyurethane.

The wall is cracking where the Chimney is attached to the Home.
