Challenge
Cracks in the walls and difficulty operating doors and windows signaled deeper structural issues. Investigation found large voids under the foundation, which was sinking and developing cracks.
Solution
Saber proposed using push piers to lift and strengthen the compromised foundation. To address the voids, the team also recommended a PolyLevel application to fill gaps and stabilize the foundation for long-term support.
