Challenge
Cracking Walkways and Porch. There are Voids underneth the Foundation. The Foundation is sinking, weakening, and Cracking.
Solution
Saber Located the Voids during our Free Homeowner Inspection. We recommended attaching Piers to the Foundation, to Lift and Strengthen it. We then Suggested Filling the Voids with Polyurethane, to Stabilize the Foundation.
