The Homeowners want their Home to be brought up to the current California Building Code for Earthquakes.
Solution
Saber installed Universal Foundation Plates, and A35 Framing Angles, to Strengthen the Connection between the Home and it's Foundation. Our Crew also Installed Post Caps to Strengthen the connection between the Support Posts and the Floor Joists.
