Smart Jacks and I-Beams to Restore Floor Stability in Long Beach

Challenge
The home’s floors were uneven due to sliding, deteriorating crawlspace posts that no longer supported the structure adequately.
Solution
To restore a level floor, Saber installed sturdy steel I-beams along the floor joists for added support. Smart Jacks were then attached and pressurized, lifting the floors back to a consistent elevation and improving the home’s overall stability.
