Challenge
Shifting soils caused the foundation to sink into voids, leading to wall cracks and difficulty opening and closing doors and windows.
Solution
Saber installed helical piers, pressurizing them to raise the sinking foundation. Polyurethane was then injected to fill the voids and provide lasting stability.
