Challenge
The Loxer Part of the Exterior wall has a long Crack in it. Saber's Project Design Specialist located Voids, that were causing the Foundation to sink.
Solution
Saber's Crew excavated Holes on the side of the Home that was sinking. We then installed and Pressurized Push Piers, to Lift the Foundation back to it's Consistent Elevation. Last of all we filled the Voids with Polyurethane. The Foundation is now both Strengthened and Stabilized.
