Challenge
The Homeowners want to upgrade the Safety of their Home. This is a Older home, that hadn't been brought up to California Building Code for Earthquake preparedness.
Solution
Sabers Crew attached Universal Foundation Plates, and A35 Framing Plates to strengthen the Connection between the Foundation and the Home. We then attached Post Caps to Strengthen the connection between the Support posts, the Floor Joists, and the Support Post Bases.
