Challenge
The homeowners sought to improve their property’s safety by ensuring it complied with the latest California Building Code requirements for seismic safety.
Solution
To fortify the structure, Saber’s team installed Universal Foundation Plates along with A35 Framing Angles to reinforce the bond between the home and its foundation. Additionally, Post Caps were added to secure both ends of the support posts—connecting the tops to the floor joists and the bottoms to the concrete base—resulting in a stronger, more resilient foundation system.
