Smart Jack Installation for Sagging Floors in Long Beach

Challenge
The homeowner noticed sagging floors and early signs of foundation cracking. A detailed inspection by Saber’s Project Design Specialist revealed failing support posts in the crawlspace, threatening the home’s structural stability.
Solution
Saber’s team excavated 2-foot cubic holes beneath the floor joists in the crawlspace, filling them with gravel to create solid bases. Heavy-duty metal Smart Jacks were then installed and pressurized atop these gravel pits, effectively lifting and stabilizing the floors to resolve the sagging issue.
