Challenge
The home developed wall cracks, and the attached deck began separating from the house and creeping down a slope.
Solution
Saber stabilized the deck using helical tiebacks and installed helical piers to lift sections of the foundation sinking into voids. Polyurethane injection was used to fill the voids, creating a stable, reinforced foundation.
