Challenge

Sagging Floors in a Older Home.

Solution

Support Posts in Crawlspace are failing. Saber attached Steel I Beams to the existing Floor Joists. We then attached Smart Jacks and Pressurized them. This Lifted the Sagging Floors back to a Consistent Elevation.

Installed I Beam and Smart Jack.
