Challenge

Helical Pier Foundation Repair
Due to the widespread settlement around the structure, the team installed eight heavy-duty helical piers around the perimeter of the home. These steel piers were advanced deep into stable load-bearing soil beneath the weak upper layers responsible for the settlement.
Despite limited access and tight working conditions around the property, the installation crew successfully stabilized the sinking foundation and helped prevent continued structural movement. The helical pier system permanently reinforced the home’s foundation while improving overall structural support.
Concrete Lifting & Leveling
To repair the sinking patio and driveway slabs, the team utilized PolyLevel® polyurethane foam injection technology. The expanding foam was carefully injected beneath the settled concrete to lift and level the slabs back toward their proper elevation.
