Curtis had excellent communication! He showed up on time and answered all my questions genuinely. Pertaining to my appointment with Curtis he was very helpful, courteous, and provided a very comprehensive quote packet. It was a very nice business contact. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Curtis was very diligent and explained the reasons foundations have cracks and what to look for that would be a red flag. Curtis provided peace of mind as to the condition of the foundation that was discovered when I had the carpet flooring removed causing me to worry that there may be a problem. Turns out it's sometimes common to find cracks that appear like what I saw.

Brett Woodall the Project Design Sepcialist to the actual Foreman on our Job, Alvin and Angel.  Brett was at our home for 5 hours analyzing our situation with our home.  The back part of our home had fallen and Brett came up with a plan to  stablize our home and raise it back up.  He drew up the contract and the plans were percise.  They were booked out 3 months, but when we explained to them that we were seeing new cracks daily, Brett got us scheduled within 2 weekds.  The project Foreman Alvin and Angel were on time and started when promised.  They explained all the work that they were going to do and finished on time.  When we had  questions, they were always ready, willing and able to answer any questions we had.  They were very positive and extremely hard working!  This is a very difficult job to do and they deserve much praise.  After they completed digging the holes around our home for the pillars, Alvin notice one of the holes was moist and another hole had standing water in it.  He advised us that we probably had a slab leak, which we addressed right away.  Alvin and Angel were very aware of making sure they cleaned up to the best of their ability from day to day.  They cautioned us to be careful when walking around the holes and piping.  When the job was complete, they spent several hours cleaning up and making sure the job was done to our satisfaction.  They went beyond and made extra trips to Home Depot to buy some salt to put on the new cement so it would match what was already there.  Nate and Rich were at our house for several hours injecting the poly foam under the foundation.  They also explained everything they were going to do and made sure it was fine with us.  They gave us some alternatives and we were able to choose what we thought would be the best procedure for our situation.We would highly Recommend Saber for any foundation work you might have.  The entire company was fantastic from Brett to Alvin and his crew, plus the office staff was always understanding and helpful.

Steven was great! He evaluated my situation and noted that it was not as bad as others had suggested. It was primarily cosmetic at the surface layer and could be easily repaired by the company doing the epoxy floors. He let me know that the area was quite small compared to what Saber generally dealt with. I was very satisfied that he was truthful and did not try to push services that were not needed.

We having the work done by Saber because we did extensive research on our own, we got plans from the city on the grading. We spoke in detail to structural and geo engineer's and then finally relayed all this information back to Mark, he took the time to solve the problem, patient and knowledgeable and took our calls seriously and that really made us feel comfortable.  

We contracted with Saber to put in some piering, lift, level and repair a crack in our foundation.  Trevar Akins and his crew were great. Trevar answered all of my questions so that I understood the entire process.  His crew were very professional. They kept me informed of progress and cleaned up the mess after completing. They exceeded my expectations of the job.  Thanks to Trevar and his crew.
