Ladera Ranch resident Greg Y. contacted Saber in regards to cracks in the walls of his home. Our crew leveled the foundation of Greg's house by using Push Piers, that are shown in the picture. Greg Y. was happy with the results and the clean up.

Lawndale resident Charles C contacted Saber when he noticed some cracking in his home foundation.  Our project design specialist performed a complete evaluation. Parts of the foundation were sinking. Using a push pier system, the Saber crew was able to lift the sinking parts of the foundation. Charles was satisfied with his entire foundation being stabiized and the clean up after the job was finished.  

Lawndale resident Lei contacted Saber regarding getting his home ready to sell. There were cracks in the floors and walls. The home was built in 1970 and picture shows some of the structural issues that had developed due to shifting soils. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough and Free Homeowner inspection. Voids had Formed under the foundation. The had caused the Foundation to sink and crack. Our Crew excavated holes next to the home. Then Helical Piers were attached to the base of the Foundation. The Piers were pressurized, giving the Foundation a constant elevation. Then holes were drilled through the concrete and the voids were filled with Polyurethane using Saber's State-of-the-Art Polylevel Injection Process. The excavated holes were filled in, and new cement replaced the cement where the holes had been dug Lei was happy that his home was now in condition to sell.

The owner of a home in Laguna Beach had been having crawl space issues for a long time. The home had been built in 1936, and the homeowner had been occupying the home for 12 years when he reached out to Saber. He had been concerned about moisture beneath his house that had been causing allergens and humidity to circulate throughout the upper floors, triggering his asthma. Though there was no mold present at the time, the crawl space emitted a musty and damp odor. There was also a problem with rodents and other pests in the area. He had received a little professional advice on the topic of crawl space encapsulation but wanted Saber to come to do a complete 90-minute inspection of the crawl space and provide an estimate of repairs. He was also very interested in the energy savings potential and storage space availability that comes with the CleanSpace encapsulation system. In order to eliminate any further occurrence of moisture and standing water in the crawl space, 690 sq. ft. of CleanSpace drainage matting and liner was required to aid in wicking water from the soils to prevent it from pooling at the surface. The CleanSpace liner, matting, and post wraps were installed to keep allergens out of the air, create a moisture barrier between the home and the soil, as well as dehumidify the crawlspace. Moist air that enters a vented crawl space will condense on cooler crawl space surfaces, ruining insulation and encouraging mold, mildew/wood decay to spread. Four crawl space vent covers were installed at the Long Beach home in order to protect it from outside temperature and coastal humidity conditions, as well as pests. The homeowner was very pleased with the final result and looked forward to cleaner air circulation throughout his home as well as the elimination of odors. He was happy that his home now promoted energy conservation and any further damage to insulation and HVAC beneath his home would stop.  

Laguna Beach resident John C. contacted Saber regarding cracked concrete haszards at his rental property. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of John's home. Voids had formed due to shifting soils under the concrete. Saber's Crew Drilled holes through the concrete and into the voids. Then Polyurethane was injected into the voids using our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This process raised the areas of the concrete that had sunk. Last of all, Nexus Plus was applied to fill and seal the cracks. The attached Picture shows what the concrete looks like after our work was done. John was happy with the result and the clean up that our crew performed.

Laguna Beach resident Andy T. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the back patio of his home. Please see the attached picture. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a complete home inspection, at no cost to Andy. A large Void had Formed under the patio. Part of the patio had been sinking into this Void. Our crew Filled the Void with Polyurethane, by using Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This lifted the sinking part of the Patio back to a Consistent Elevation. The Trip Hazard has been eliminated. Andy now has Peace of Mind, regarding the safety of his home.

Laguna Beach resident Rick C, contacted Saber regarding trees that were planted to close to his home. The roots had spread under the Foundation. The Foundation was starting to Buckle. Saber's crew removed the plants and the roots. This created Voids, which would have caused the Foundation to sink. Saber installed Foundation Piers to give the Foundation a Consistent Elevation. We then filled the Voids with Polyurethane. These procedures Strengthened and Stabilized the Foundation.

Pacoima resident Wendy R. contacted Saber regarding the sagging floors in her home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Wendy's home. The Floor Joists and Wood Support Beams were becoming unstable. Saber's crew attached Steel I Beams to the existing Floor Joists. Then we supported these new I Beams with Pressurized All Metal Smart Jacks. The Smart Jacks are supported by rock and concrete. Wendy is happy with the result. Her floors now have a consistent elevation.

Laguna Niguel resident Christopher contacted Saber regarding cracks that were appearing in his home and his swimming pool deck. His home backs up to a slope. Saber's Project Design Specialist peformed a thorough and Free homeowner inspection. The shifting soils inder the swimming pool and home foundation had weakened both. Saber obtained a engineers soils report and the city permits for Christopher. Our crew then removed and replaced the part of the pool deck that had sunk. We then strengthened the home foundation , and the swimming pool, by installing Helical Push Piers, Helical Tiebacks, and Steel Beams. This solved the shifting soils dilemma. The attached picture shows a installed Helical Pier and Tieback. Chistopher was happy with the results and the crews clean up.

Laguna Niguel resident Paul M. contacted Saber regarding cracks, that were spreading, in the bottom of the exterior walls of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free, and Detailed Homeowner Inspection. The soils had shifted under part of Pauls Foundation. Voids had formed. His home was sinking into this Void. Our crew excavated holes where the foundation was sinking. We then installed Push Piers and Pressurized them. This Strengthened Paul's Foundation, by lifting the sunken areas, and giving his Foundation a consistent elevation. We then Filled the Voids with Polyurethane. This Stabilized the Foundation, by preventing these voids from increasing in size. Paul now has Peace of Mind, that his home is safe.
