San Juan Capistrano resident Gabriel A. contacted Saber regarding cracks in his garage that were getting larger, and obvious sinking in the front corner of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner inspection. There was a void that had formed due to shifting due to shifting soils. Our crew filled the void using Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This lifted the front corner of Gabriel's home. Then our crew excavated and replaced a badly cracked area in the garage. The attached picture shows the finished garage. Gabriel was happy with the results.

A homeowner in San Juan Capistrano began experiencing foundation settlement issues that caused structural movement throughout the home. Common warning signs such as wall cracking, uneven floors, and shifting structural components indicated that portions of the foundation were no longer receiving proper support from the underlying soils. Concerned about the long-term structural integrity of the property, the homeowner contacted Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair for a comprehensive foundation inspection and permanent stabilization solution. During the inspection, Saber’s foundation repair specialists identified unstable supporting soils and underlying voids beneath portions of the foundation that had allowed sections of the structure to settle unevenly over time. To permanently stabilize the home, the crew excavated around the affected foundation areas and installed heavy-duty steel push piers beneath the structure. The push piers were hydraulically advanced deep into stable load-bearing soil beneath the weaker upper soil layers responsible for the settlement. Once the push piers achieved proper depth and load-bearing capacity, the system was carefully pressurized to help lift the settling portions of the home back toward a more consistent elevation. This process permanently transferred the structural load of the home onto stronger supporting soils while helping reduce the risk of continued settlement and structural damage. To further stabilize the foundation system, underlying soil voids beneath the home were filled using polyurethane foam injection technology. The expanding foam helped restore support beneath the slab and improve overall soil stability beneath the structure.   By combining push pier foundation repair with polyurethane void filling technology, Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair successfully restored structural stability to this San Juan Capistrano home while helping protect the property from future settlement-related damage common throughout Southern California soil conditions.

Ms. Mitchell, a resident of Palmdale, California, had noticed cracks inching along the upper walls of her home, as well as cracks in her footings. Palmdale resident Jalmet contacted Saber regarding bad crack issues in his garage floor. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a free homeowner inspection. Replacing the concrete in the garage would not have fixed this issue. The shifting soils were causing the garage foundation to weaken and shift. Our crew excavated holes that exposed the base of the foundation. We then attached Helical Piers. The holes were filled in and work area was cleaned up. These Foundation Piers not only strengthen, but provide long term stability to the home. The attached picture shows a installed Helical Pier. Jalmet was happy with the result.

Manhattan Beach resident Sally S. contacted Saber regarding moisture and standing water in the Crawlspace of her home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Sally's home. Our crew waterproofed the home's Crawlspace by using CleanSpace material. The CleanSpace material is shown in the attached picture. Sally was happy with the results and the clean up.

A Sylmar resident was having a problem with uneven slabs on his patio and pool deck. He had heard of Saber and it's stellar online reputation for giving honest imspections and providing reasonable estimates for the right fix. Upon observing the customer's problem, a Saber Project Design Specialist determined that an application of Polylevel would be the best way to level his slabs without intrusive grinding or concrete replacement.  After Saber's production crew came out to meet with the customer and explain the process of the tailored solution, the PolyLevel was applied through discreet holes in the slab (which were then patched over). Within a short amount of time, the slab was ready to walk upon and the customer was delighted with the final results. He stated that now he could entertain without worry of injuries from tripping or ugly concrete.

Sherman Oaks resident Mike contacted Saber regarding getting his home, built in 1960, Seismic Retrofitted. Our Project Design Specialist performed a free homeowners inspection and quote. Saber's crew installed several Seismic Retrofitting Universal Foundation Plates and A35 Framing Angles. These installed components strengthened the bond between Mike's home and it's foundation. Mike was satisfied with the completed job, and our crew's clean up.

Saber was contacted by Matt regarding being used as a Sub -Contractor. The Foundation Slab, of the Government Building, had voids under it from settling dirt. Saber's Project Design Specialist completed a full evaluation of this work site. Our crew drilled holes in the concrete slab where the voids had formed. The Saber used our State- of- the- Art PolyLEVEL Injection Process to fill the voids. This lifted the areas of the slab that had sunk. Sheman Oaks resident Edgar contacted Saber regarding his home remodel room addition. The remodeled part of the home had floors that were sinking. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough and Free homeowner inspection. We discovered that areas of the Add On Foundation were sinking, creating voids udder the room that was added. Saber's crew excavated holes and installed Push Piers to the sinking areas of the Foundation. These Piers lifted the areas that had sunk. Then we used Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection to fill the void under the low spots of the floor.
