Hemet resident Bryce B. contacted Saber regarding his deck starting to slide down the hill it was built on. Our Project Design Specialist completed a Free Homeowner inspection of Bryce's home. Our crew drilled holes into the concrete deck, and into the voids, that had formed from shifting soils. Then Saber filled the voids using our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This raised the concrete slabs that had been sinking. The attached picture shows one of the voids. Bryce was happy with his new stabilized deck.

Camp Pendleton resident Travis C. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the exterior walls and Foundation of his home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection. We found that shifting soils had created voids under the Foundation. Saber recommended Foundation Pier installation to give the foundation consistent elevation. We also recommended our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process to fill the voids with Polyurethane. Travis received this inspection report along with our quote.

Stevenson Ranch resident Devin M. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of their home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. Voids had formed, that were caused by shifting soils under Devin's Foundation. The Foundation was sinking. We suggested installing Push Piers to the Foundation. Once pressurized, these Push Piers will lift the Foundation back into a constant elevation. Then we suggested that the voids be filled with Polyurethane, by using Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. Devin received a copy of our quote, and our thorough Home Inspection Report.

Temecula resident Chris contacted Saber regarding Trip Hazards Formed by cracks and sinking slabs on his concrete driveway. Our Project Design Specialist performed a Free and thorough Homeowner inspection of the property. Shifting soils had created voids under the concrete driveway. The attached picture shows the trip hazard that formed when one of the slabs started sinking. Saber's crew drilled holes through the concrete and into the voids. We then injected polyurethane to fill the voids. This raised the slabs that had sunk. Saber then sanded the drilled holes until they were smooth. The Trip Hazards had been eliminated. Chris was happy with the result.

Temecula resident Rick S. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the pool deck of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough and Free Homeowner inspection of Rick's home. Voids were found under the concrete deck. These voids were caused by water leaks in the pool's equipment. Saber's crew exposed the water leak for Rick to fix. We then filled the voids the leak had created. Rick was happy with Saber finding the cause of the crack in the deck, and fixing this issue. Temecula resident Rick S. contacted Saber regarding Trip Hazards that were getting worse on his Patio. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Thorough Inspection of Rick's Home. This inspection is free to Homeowners. Voids were located under the Patio. Saber's crew filled the Voids with Polyurethane, by using our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This eliminated the Trip Hazards. The attached Picture shows a Saber Crew member cleaning up afterwards.

  Temecula resident George W. contacted Saber about his failing hillside deck.  Saber Design Specialist Dan F. recommended the Saber Lateral Force System to correct George's failing deck.  Foreman Joe S. and crew arrived at the job site ready to install. They started with the helical anchors, then moved on to installing a push pier. George was happy with the finished product and gave Joe and crew a great review.

Homeowner David and Tracy N. in Temecula had a very large problem with their sidewalk in the backyard. Their 10’x12’ slab has settled because it was improperly mated with rebar to the adjoining slab with a cold seam. Because of this, the slab settled on one end in clay at approximately 1 ½ inches. They noticed the settling many years ago but never took care of the issue. Just recently Tracy tripped and luckily wasn’t injured. Not only was it unsafe, but it can bring down the value of their home and the couple is considering selling their home in the near future. Our Foreman Scott and Raymond removed the grout of the large slab by the problem section of the settling concrete. Once detached, Raymond drilled 5 dime-sized holes into the slab so that Scott can lift the concrete underneath with PolyLevel. After the slab is lifted, they then filled the holes and grout with Nexus Pro which will make sure our work is disguised as much as possible and is left seemingly untouched! David and Tracy were in love with the results! They couldn’t believe how fast and clean our process was. David said, “You guys do amazing work! I’m very pleased and if we ever need anything like this again, we’ll contact Saber.” Now the couple has preserved their home's value as well as regained their peace of mind that their home is safe again.

Homeowner Richard W. had settling slabs of concrete in his pool deck at his home in Temecula that he desperately needed to fix. Homeowner Guy W. in Temecula needed to get his pool deck repaired with PolyLevel. His home was built in 2000 but moved into it a decade ago and it was problem-free till a few years ago.
