San Jacinto resident John M contacted Saber regarding drainage problems around his tennis court and uneven decking for his swimming pool. Our project design specialist performed a full evaluation of this property. We leveled the tennis court and swimming pool decking using our state-of-the-art PolyLevel process. We also installed drains around the tennis court. John was satisfied with the job and the clean up.

Valencia resident Stephen J. contacted Saber regarding his cracking sidewalk and driveway. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. Voids were found under the sidewalks and driveway. Saber suggested filling the voids with Polyurethane by using our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This will eliminate all of the trip hazards.

Big Bear Lake resident Sister Rosemary contacted Saber regarding her home floor not being level. Dan Froehlich did a complete evaluation of the home. Jake Bast, the project forman, and his crew, drilled strategic holes in the foundation, and ground out a crack between the house and the foundation. He was then able to lift and stabilize the room using our state-of-the-art PolyLevel process. Jake's team also took care of all of the additional concrete repairs at the same time. Sister Rosemary was satisfied with the completed work and the cleanup afterward.

Big Bear Lake resident Tim contacted Saber regarding his vacation home. The front door of his home was jammed, and wouldn't open. He also mentioned, that the floors were creaking in his 1940's home, and waking other members his family. Saber's Project Design Specialist completes a thorough and Free Homeowner Inspection. The Floors were tilting and sagging, causing doors to jam and the floors to creak. Saber's crew, cleared the debris from the home's Crawlspace. The attached picture shows a Boulder that Saber removed from the home's crawlspace. This was done to prepare a foundation for installation of Smart Jacks, all metal support posts. The installation of Smart Jacks and all metal Crossbeams gave the floors a contant elevation. This eliminated both issues. Tim was very happy with the result of Saber's work.

Winchester resident Betty H. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of the home, and the garage floor. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. The cracks were caused by shifting soils. Voids had been created. The home's Foundation was sinking into these voids. Saber suggested attaching Push Piers to the Foundation. Once pressurized, these Piers will lift and strengthen the home's Foundation. We also suggested filling the Voids with Polyurethane, using Saber's PolyLevel Injection Process.

West Hills resident Jacob C. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of his home. Our Project Design Specialist did a complete evaluation of Jacob's home. Our crew leveled the slab using Helical Piers. We then filled the void space beneath the slab by using our PolyLevel process. Jacob approved the finished job and clean up.

Calabasas resident Norman S. contacted Saber regarding his patio deck. Dan Froehlich provided a complete evaluation. The job foreman and his crew were able to correct the creeping downward slope of the patio using helical and push piers. Norman S. was satisfied with the results and the cleanup.  

Big Bear City resident Rick B. contacted Saber regarding his home's chimney shifting. Rick had already contacted a fireplace contractor to see if his fireplace could be repaired or, if the fireplace had to be replaced. Rick's chimney foundation had a void under it. Saber filled this void by using our PolyLevel injection process. Our crew then installed Push Piers to stabilize the the chimney foundation.

Big Bear City resident Rick B. contacted Saber regarding Cracks in the Block Wall surrounding his yard. Saber's Project Design Specialist found Voids that had formed under the walls, causing it to sink and crack. Saber's crew installed Helical Piers, see attached Picture. This Lifted and Strengthened the Wall's Foundation. Then Helical Tiebacks were installed inside of the Block wall, and Tightened with Cables. This Stabilized the Block Wall.

A resident in Hemet, CA needed help sealing and fixing cracks in their backyard pool deck. Once a project design specialist came to diagnose the problem and supply the best solution, it was determined that NexusPro would be the best way to seal the cracked concrete without having to destroy and replace any concrete.  NexusPro is a silicon based material that has 100% expansion within the gaps applied. It lasts 20 years after application and remains pliable throughout it's life. Saber's production crew was able to apply the product to cracks of various width and depth, each application having the same result, complete repair of the gap/crack. The homeowner was very pleased with the results and the fact that his family could use the pool deck within hours of application. He enjoys the cleaner look of his pool deck and was pleased that Saber solved his problem efficiently and cleanly.
