Homeowner Steven L. of Vista had concerns about his pool deck. The concrete had sunk over an inch below the decorative edging of the pool, creating a trip hazard. Pool trip hazards are especially dangerous in the event of  wet conditions during pool use. Crew foreman Scott and his team did an application of PolyLevel and sealed the cracks with NexusPro joint sealant. After the installation was completed, Steven wrote of the experience. "Fantastic experience. Scott and his crew are extremely experienced, respectful, and presented themselves in a very professional manner. I was very impressed and would welcome them back to do work in the future. Your team treated my property as if it were their own. Vista resident Garrett F.'s home was experiencing settling, resulting in major cracks in the slab and making doors hard to open. Project Design Specialist Paul D. recommended the installation of eight push piers as well as an application of PolyLevel. Garrett writes of Paul, "Paul has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He has gone way above and beyond any expectation that anyone could have. He worked day and night after normal working hours to answer, research, and help out in any way." Garrett also gave Saber's crew, led by Jesus, high marks. "Jesus was our foreman for the pier installation, extremely polite, explained everything along the way, and encouraged questions during the entire process." The entire experience exceeded Garrett's expectations. Saber is committed to providing WOW! service from start to finish.    

North Palm Springs resident Daniel D. contacted Saber regarding the cracking of the concrete floors in his home. Our Project Design Specialist found voids under the Foundation. The Foundation was sinking. We recommended Foundation Pier installation to Lift and Strengthen The Foundation. Filling the voids with Polyurethane would further Stabilize the Foundation. Daniel did receive a copy of his Home Inspection Report.

Barstow resident Gayla P. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the interior and exterior walls of her home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a thorough evaluation of Gayla's home. There were voids under the foundation, which was causing the foundation to weaken, and the walls to crack. Our crew used Saber's PolyLevel Injection process to fill the voids under the foundation. We also used Push Piers to lift and strengthen the foundation. Gayla was happy with the completed job, and the clean up.

  Mike E. contacted Saber on behalf of a trust, about a failing foundation. Design Specialist Dan F. took measurements and determined that helical piers would be the best solution for this foundation.  Piering Foreman Adam F. arrived at the job site on time and ready to work. They dug the holes and installed the helical piers in a timely manner, prompting Mike to leave a great review.

A recently purchased home was found to have had 10 feet of wide cracks along the foundation that lined the garage wall. There were no other cracks in the garage floor or on other walls. Saber's team came in to fix the homeowner's problem by using Polylevel foam and stitching the cracks with rebar stapling. The customer was pleased with the final result and offered to refer Saber to anyone that needed foundation crack repair.

The Four Seasons in Carlsbad contacted Saber regarding trip hazards on the sidewalks within their property. Saber's Project Design Specialist found that tree roots were causing this issue. Our crew excavated and removed a few of these concrete slabs and the tree roots. We then prepared the sidewalks to have new concrete poured. The concrete was then poured and finished. The property manager was happy with the result. No more trip hazards.

Carlsbad resident Liz A. contacted Saber regarding her Home's Chimney leaning away from the Home. The walls was cracking. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough Home Inspection.Voids have Formed under the Chimney Foundation. The Chimney is sinking. Sabers crew attached and Pressurized Foundation Piers. See the attached Picture. We then Filled the Voids with Polyurethane. The Fireplace and Home now share a Consistent Elevation Foundation.

Residents of Carlsbad Jennifer and Doran L. contacted Saber to have their crawl space encapsulated. A Saber design specialist recommended the CleanSpace system that provides layers of protection from moisture and dust. Jennifer and Doran chose Saber for their crawl space needs. Crawl Space Foreman Jordan S. and crew arrived at the job on time and ready to work. The Saber crew prepped the crawl space to receive a layer of drainage mat and a layer of clean white mat. Jennifer and Doran were happy with the work, providing a great review for Jordan and crew.

Anza resident Eric W. contacted Saber regarding Sagging Floors, and Hard to Open Windows and Doors. Our Project Design Specialist performed a thorough Home Inspection. Voids were discovered under the Foundation, causing it to sink. The components used, to install these Support Posts, weren't California Building Code Approved. See attached Picture. Saber recommended attaching Foundation Piers and Pressurizing them, to Lift the Foundation back to a Consistent Elevation. These Piers Strengthen the Foundation. Then we suggested Filling the Voids with Polyurethane, to Stabilize the Foundation. Last of all we thought that attaching steel I Beams, to the existing Floor Joists, would Stabilize the Floors. We would then install All Metal Smart Jacks and Pressurize them. This would give the Floor Consistent Elevation, and eliminate the sagging. Eric received a copy Of Saber's Free Home Inspection Report.
