Seismic Retrofitting in Moorpark, CA
Homeowners Jo and Michael K. in Moorpark opted for our Seismic Retrofitting service. The 1959 home that they have been living in for the past 40 years started showing interior cracks a year ago and their problems started becoming worse within the past few months. Project Design Specialist Eamon R. during the inspection found that there were cracks outside and inside the home. Eamon also found that a concrete pad was deteriorating which was the main factor why the homeowners had their issues. He purposed two new posts with pads and caps paired with a post and cap replacement. The project was led by Bryan A. and his crew and was completed in no time! Jo was so happy with the quality of service she and her spouse received. She wrote on Google, “- The workers that showed up were a pleasure to deal with. In fact, everyone we dealt with at this company seemed very proficient, if a question couldn’t be answered, we were quickly transferred to someone that could answer. – I will not hesitate to use them again.”

Morongo Valley Home Regains Stability After Severe Foundation Cracks-Saber Foundation Repair Delivers Lasting Peace of Mind
A family in Morongo Valley, CA, grew worried as a thin line in their concrete floor widened into a ragged crack. Tiles popped loose, new cracks crawled up the living-room walls, and hallway doors stuck shut. Besides feeling unsafe, they feared their home’s value would tumble if the damage got worse. They needed real foundation repair—not another quick patch.   After searching “foundation repair near me” and talking with a few general contractors, the owners learned that deep soil movement, not surface wear, was the real problem. Only a team that specializes in acceptable foundation settlement could give a lasting fix. That search led them to Saber Foundation Repair, known across Southern California for honest inspections and proven results on construction repairs.   Saber’s free foundation inspection used simple measuring tools to show exactly where the house had sunk. The inspector explained the findings in plain language: some sections of soil had shrunk away, leaving parts of the slab hanging with no support. To stop further sinking and close the gaps, the crew recommended a mix of push piers along the footing and slab piers under the cracked floor—solutions backed by a 25-year warranty.   Work began the next week. Saber’s technicians dug small, neat holes beside the settling areas and drove steel push piers down to solid ground. Under the slab, they installed special slab piers with screw-like plates that gripped the soil. When each pier reached strong, stable ground, the crew slowly shifted the home’s weight onto the new supports. The cracks stopped growing, and the floor lifted almost back to its original height. They filled the holes, replaced the tiles, and cleaned up—finishing in just three days.   Right away the family noticed smoother doors, level floors, and no new wall cracks. A follow-up check showed the house now rested firmly on the new pier system. With the structure sound, the owners felt relief and knew their biggest investment was safe again.   Waiting on foundation problems can lead to higher costs and deeper damage. Saber’s clear advice, sturdy materials, and expert work show why calling foundation experts early makes all the difference. Their success in Morongo Valley proves that smart home improvement renovations protect both comfort and resale value for years to come.
