Foundation Issues in Pauma Valley
Pauma Valley resident Andrew B. contacted Saber regarding cracking that was forming trip hazards in his concrete walkways. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. Shifting soils had created voids under the walkways and the home's foundation. These voids were causing areas of concrete to sink, causing the concrete to weaken and crack. We suggested the installation of Push Piers to the foundation to lift and strengthen it. We also suggested filling the voids with Polyurethane to stabilize the home, and stop the walkways from cracking. Andrew received a copy of both the Saber Homeowner Inspection Report and our 30 day quote.

Foundation Repair in Encinitas, California
An investigation of a property in Encinitas, California, found that the foundation should be supported by means of underpinning, in the areas of failure. In addition to supporting the foundation, it is also important to raise the foundation to maximum practical recovery, to prevent future failure.
A crew was scheduled to fix the issue, they installed seven push piers, under the foundation footings, to the load bearing stratum. Once the piers were installed and the brackets placed, the crew then lifted the home to maximum practical recovery. Once the lift was completed the rear deck was leveled, by repositioning the support beams.
The customer was very satisfied with the outcome of the project.
