Push Piers, Crack repair and PolyLEVELâ„¢ Void fill in Spring Valley
Homeowners in Spring Valley, California, had started to notice a lot of cracking in the interior and exterior of their home. They as noticed huge cracks that had formed in the slab of their patio deck. These are all signs of soil settlement. This type of settlement is due to the expansive soils beneath the homes foundation. The homeowners knew they needed to find a fix for this issue before it became much more serious. The homeowners did some research and found Saber, they set an appointment for a Saber design specialist to come to the property for a free property evaluation. The design specialist proposed that the home be stabilized and lifted to maximum practical recovery using Push Piers. It was also proposed to repair the cracks that had formed in the slabs and then use PolyLEVEL™ to fill any void that may have been caused due to the lift of the property. The Saber crew was then scheduled to complete the project. The Crew arrived and went to work using the proposed design to map out the pier locations, once the locations had been determined the crew began to excavate the areas in order to place the piers at the proper locations. Sixteen Push Piers were placed around the property and then the lift of the property was preformed. Once the lift had been completed the PolyLEVEL™ was injected beneath the foundation to fill any voids and the home is now stabilized and lifted to maximum practical recovery, The homeowners no longer see the signs of settlement that once plaqued their home. The cracks that had formed are now closed and any doors and windows that were hard to open and close are no longer an issue.

Foundation and Walkway Lift in Borrego Springs
A home in the Borrego Springs area was in dire need of Saber's services when they called to schedule an inspection and free estimate. There were doors and windows in their home not closing square, and the concrete around their property was sinking and cracking. The home was on a slab foundation. The project design specialist determined that hydraulic push piers would be the best solution to lift and stabilize the home. PolyLevel was also set as a solution to lift the surrounding walkways and patio area of the home.
Once the piering and Polylevel team arrived at the home, they had their work cut out for them. Concrete needed to be removed in order to place the piers under the home, embedding into stable bedrock below the settling soil. Six piers were placed in order to lift and stabilize the home. Concrete was then replaced above the piers.
PolyLevel was inserted underneath the sinking concrete areas by drilling small holes and pumping in the PolyLevel, all while closely monitoring the level of the concrete. Once the maximum possible lift was achieved, the holes were patched wiht concrete and the walkways and patio were at full load bearing capability in less than an hour.
The homeowners were very pleased with the results and thanked Saber for improving their home life. They were able to close all doors and windows completely, and their slab was level!

Desert Stability Restored in Twentynine Palms, CA - Saber Foundation Repair Ends Foundation Settlement Worries
A home perched on the sun-baked soil of Twentynine Palms, CA had begun to betray its owner’s trust. Hairline flaws became unmistakable vertical cracks in the foundation, interior doors jammed, and tile floors felt uneven underfoot—early warnings that “acceptable foundation settlement” had crossed the line into real risk. Beyond the cosmetic frustrations, the homeowner feared plummeting property value and costly future construction repairs; evening news segments about shifting desert soils only added urgency.
Initial attempts to learn how to repair a foundation online proved confusing. Quick-fix patch kits promised miracles yet offered no assurance that the slab would stay put. Searches for “foundation repair near me” surfaced dozens of residential foundation contractors, but most proposals focused on masking symptoms, not curing causes. With every new crack, the homeowner realized a true foundation inspection from recognized foundation experts was the only path forward.
That turning point led them to Saber Foundation Repair. Reviews praised the company’s transparent assessments, and a free home foundation inspection near me was scheduled within days. During the visit, Saber’s team used precise elevation readings to confirm active settlement. Their inspector explained that the desert’s loosely compacted layers had lost bearing capacity, allowing the footing to sink. Saber’s reputation for expertly designed and manufactured foundation piers—helical piers, push piers, and slab pier systems—made the choice clear. “Strong and stable. Our pier system will permanently solve your foundation settlement problem,” the inspector noted while outlining options.
Saber recommended steel push piers—the best opportunity to lift a home to its original position when subsurface conditions are uncertain. Each rugged pier, fortified by a patent-pending external sleeve, would be hydraulically driven below the home’s footing until bedrock or competent soil provided unshakable resistance. Once locked in place, synchronized jacks would gently raise the settled sections, then the weight of the structure would transfer permanently to the piers. Installation required only small excavations beside the footing, enabling fast, effective work with minimal disruption to daily life—an advantage over traditional slab foundation repair methods that often leave extensive scars.
Over the course of a crisp March week, Saber’s crew installed the pier system and back-filled the soil, leaving the yard neat and secure. When final pressure gauges confirmed full load transfer, interior measurements revealed floors returned to level and the stubborn doors glided shut. Cosmetic cracks halted in their tracks, and the homeowner felt a wave of relief knowing the 25-year manufacturer’s warranty—and Saber’s own performance guarantee—stood behind the work.
The result extended beyond structural stability. Peace of mind replaced anxiety; future home improvement renovations could proceed without fear that fresh drywall or tile would soon fracture. Realtors confirmed the repair documentation adds to resale desirability, transforming a liability into a testament of proactive care.
Foundation issues rarely heal themselves, and postponing action only invites deeper damage and higher costs. Saber Foundation Repair’s customer-first process—transparent diagnoses, warrantied steel pier solutions, and year-round installation—shows how decisive intervention protects a family’s largest investment. Every day the company helps Californians eliminate the guesswork of foundation repairs and avoid the spiral from small warning signs to major reconstruction.
