Descanso resident Arnold D. contacted Saber regarding cracks spreading through his garage floor. Our Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection. Voids had formed caused by shifting soils. Saber recommended our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This would fill the voids with Polyurethane and give the floor a consistant elevation. Then we recommended applying Nexus Plus to fill the cracks. Arnold has the 30 day quote and a copy of the inspection report.

A home in the Borrego Springs area was in dire need of Saber's services when they called to schedule an inspection and free estimate. There were doors and windows in their home not closing square, and the concrete around their property was sinking and cracking. The home was on a slab foundation. The project design specialist determined that hydraulic push piers would be the best solution to lift and stabilize the home. PolyLevel was also set as a solution to lift the surrounding walkways and patio area of the home. Once the piering and Polylevel team arrived at the home, they had their work cut out for them. Concrete needed to be removed in order to place the piers under the home, embedding into stable bedrock below the settling soil. Six piers were placed in order to lift and stabilize the home. Concrete was then replaced above the piers. PolyLevel was inserted underneath the sinking concrete areas by drilling small holes and pumping in the PolyLevel, all while closely monitoring the level of the concrete. Once the maximum possible lift was achieved, the holes were patched wiht concrete and the walkways and patio were at full load bearing capability in less than an hour. The homeowners were very pleased with the results and thanked Saber for improving their home life. They were able to close all doors and windows completely, and their slab was level!

Alpine resident Delaine H. contacted Saber about foundation issues with their house. We inspected the house and found cracked concrete in the foundation, and drainage issues in the crawl space. Saber removed and replaced the cracked concrete for the foundation. Saber also installed a new drain and added a sump pump to the crawl space. Saber took care of the permit required by the city.  

San Ysidro resident Jesse B. contacted Saber regarding a "sink hole" that he had noticed under his patio. Saber's Project Design Specialist inspected Jesse's home. There was a large void under the patio. The soils were shifting and settling. The void needs to be filled to stop it from possibly reaching the home Foundation.The atteched picture shows that the void has grown to the length of the shovel, on thie patio. Saber suggested that the void be filled with Polyurethane. We can do this with our PolyLevel Injection Process. Jesse received a written copy of Saber's Home Inspection Report.

Summerland resident Paul H. contacted Saber regarding cracks that were spreading throughout the walls and floors of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Paul's home. The Foundation for Paul's Home and Deck had significatly weakened. The Foundation was sinking. Saber recommended installing Helical Piers to the Foundations of both the home and deck. These Piers would Strengthen and Stabilize the Foundation, and give both the home, and the deck a consistant elevation. Paul received Saber's Home Inspection Report and a cost quote to fix these issues.
