Homeowner Matthew C. was in need of our Cleanspace service for his late 1960's home in Santa Barbara. Matthew didn't know he had an issue till he had his home termite inspected in 2017. The inspector evaluated that he did have an infestation and it was because of his humid crawl space. After Mathew killed the existing termite infestation, he reached out to Saber to evaluate his property to come up with a solution for his home. Our Project Design Specialists Jason S. found that humidity levels were extremely high at 76 percent and the wood moister was at 19.9 percent. There are very high levels of humidity and moisture that needed to be addressed. Not only to prevent future infestations but also to prevent other costly damages. Matthew understood and decided to move forward with our CleanSpace service. The installation was completed by our Production Forman Bryan A. and his crew. They removed all the debris and installed 1246 square feet of CleanSpace, vent sealing, a condensate pump, 2 customs fitted Everlast doors, an Aprilaire 1820 dehumidifier, a water capture basin, and a 52-foot water drainage line. Matthew was extremely pleased with the crew’s work ethic and quality. He now has the peace of mind that his home is safe from any larger issues his crawl space could have caused.

Pine Valley resident Theresa D. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of her home. Our Project Design Specialist discovered voids, created by shifting soils, under the founation. Saber recommended attaching Push Piers to the foundation to lift and strengthen the areas of the foundation, that had sunk. We also recommended filling the voids with Polyurethane to stabilize Theresa's home. Theresa received a copy of the home inspection report, and our quote that is valid for 30 days.

Trona resident Merle I. contacted Saber regarding cracks in a home that he was selling. Saber's Project Design Specialist found voids causing Foundation Cracking during his inspection of the home. Saber recommended installing Helical Piers to Lift and Strengthen the Foundation. The we recommended filling the voids with Polyurethane to Stabilize the home. Merle received a written copy of Saber's Home Inspection.

Dulzura resident Garth C. contacted Saber regarding his home leaning to one side. See the attached Picture. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed A Free Home Inspection since Garth is the Homeowner. Voids had formed under part of the Foundation. This part of the Foundation was Sinking and Cracking. Saber recommended attaching Push Piers to the Foundation. When Pressurized, these Piers will Lift and Strengthen Garth's Foundation. They will also give the Foundation a Consistent Elevation. There will be no more sloping Issues. We also suggested Filling the Voids with Polyurethane to Stabilize the Foundation.

Wofford Heights resident Mike L. contacted Saber in regards to leveling the floors in his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough home inspection. Voids were discovered and Drainage was also a issue. Saber suggested installing proper drainage in Mike's Yard. Then we could install Foundation Piers to Lift and Strengthen the home's Foundation. Last of all, we could fill the voids with Polyurethane to Stabilize Mike's home. Mike received a written copy of Saber's Home Inspection Report.

Salton City resident Mario A. contacted Saber regarding cracks, that were spreading, in the walls of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner inspection of Mario's home. Shifting soils had caused voids to form. Area's of the foundation were sinking into these voids. This was causing the walls of Mario's home to continue cracking. Saber recommended installing Push Piers to the foundation, to strengthen it. We also recommended filling the voids with Polyurethane to stabilize the concrete slab foundation. Mario received Saber's Home Inspection Report, and our quote, which is valid for 30 days.

Taft resident Tina S contacted Saber about cracks in the interior and exterior walls of her home. She also has problems with doors sticking. Our project design specialist performed a complete evaluation of the home. The foundation was weak and there were voids under it. Our crew used the state-of-the-art Polylevel process to fill the voids. We also added push piers to strengthen the foundation. Tina was satisfied with the completed job and the clean up.

Voids were discovered under the Foundation. Areas of the Foundation were sinking into these Voids.  Saber's Crew Attached Push Piers to the Foundation, and Pressurized them. This Lifted the Areas that were sinking, and gave the Foundation a Consistent Elevation. Then we Filled the Voids with Polyurethane to Stabilize the Foundation.

Goleta resident Harriet B. called us regarding the foundation of her home. Saber went out and evaluated what was happening with the foundation. Saber also performed a soil assessment and found a void that needed to be filled. We offered Harriet a permanent solution. The problem was solved using our state-of-the-art PolyLevel void filling material. The area was cleaned to Harriet's satisfaction.

Goleta resident Don T contacted Saber regarding cracked walls and the gaps that were expanding between his floors and the walls of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. The homes Foundation was cracking. Voids had formed under the concrete slab Foundation. Our crew installed Push Piers under the Foundation, and pressurized them. This Strengthened and Lifted the areas of the Foundation that had sunk. Then Polyurethane was injected into the voids, both outside, and inside Don's home. The attached picture shows part of the PolyLevel Injection Equipment that is used. Filling these voids stabilized the Floors and the Foundation.
