Settling Foundation in Shafter
Shafter resident Shane E. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the exterior walls of his home. He also told Saber that the windows and doors in his home were sticking. The attached picture shows one of the sticking doors. Saber's Project Design Specialist conducted a Free Homeowner Inspection. The Foundation of Sanes home was settling. The shifting soils has caused the Foundation to weaken, and subsequently sink. Saber recommended that push Piers be attached to the base of Shane's home Foundation. Saber would pressurize these piers, and lift the Foundation back to it's Consistent Elevation.
Cracking Concrete in Solvang
Solvang resident Glenn M. contacted Saber regarding cracks that were expanding on his concrete driveway and walkways. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Glenn's home. Voids were expanding under the concrete, that was cracking and sinking. Saber recommended filling the voids with Polyurethane, by using our State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection System. Glenn received the Home Inspection Report and our 30 day Quote.
Quoting Foundation Piers in Delano
Delano resident Mary S. contacted Saber regarding exterior wall cracks and sticking windows and doors in her home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. Mary's home had sunk two and a half inches. There was a large cracked portion of the slab, running through one of the bedrooms, causing the room to lean. Saber recommended installing Foundation Piers to the Foundation. When Pressurized, the Piers lift the Foundation back to a consistant elevation. Mary received a written 30 day quote and a copy of the inspection report.
Preparing a Solid Foundation For Bridges in Wasco
The Wasco Water District had old bridges, that were failing. A contractor was hired for the project of building two new vehicle, and one pedestrian bridge crossing these irrigation canals. The contractor contacted Saber to anchor these bridges into the soils. Trenches had already been dug, and framed. Helical Piers approximately 30 feet long were drilled and torqued into the earth. Then 8" x 8" plates were attached to the top of the Piers. The attached picture shows three Piers that have been installed on the right side. Later, another contractor would attach larger plates to the plates Saber installed. Then concrete would be poured into the forms. Saber's preparation work insures that the finished bridge will be solid for several years.
Push Piers in Buellton
Buellton business Foley Family Wines contacted Saber regarding a fireplace that was tilting. Our Project Design Specialist completed a full evaluation of the winery. Our crew leveled and strengthened the foundation of the fireplace by using Push Piers. Our picture is showing the Push Pier installed. Our customer was happy with the result and the clean up.
Strengthening a Home Foundation in Buellton
Buellton resident Sandy E. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of he home that was built in 1971. Sabers Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Sandy's home. Shifting soils were causing the foundation of her home to weaken. Our crew excavated holes next to the home. We then installed and pressurized Push Piers to Lift Sandy's home and Strangthen it's Foundation. We then filled in the holes and cleaned up the area. Sandy was happy that her home's Foundation now had a constant elevation. Sandy could now remodel her home.

Villa Lara Apartments management group contacted Saber regarding trip hazards on the walkways in the Imperial apartments.  Saber's Cement Grinding Specialist was able to level the concrete slabs by using grinding instead of PolyLevel. Carlos R., the management representative, was happy with the job and the clean up.

Imperial resident Robert F. contacted Saber regarding cracks, in his home's walls, that were getting bigger. Saber's Project Design Specialist Performed a Free Homeowner inspection. The soils had shifted, causing Robert's home foundation to sink. Saber's crew excavated holes next to the foundation, where it had sunk. Foundation Piers were attached to the base of the foundation and pressurized. The attached picture shows the installed Foundation Pier. This lifted the areas of the foundation that were sinking. The cracks stopped growing, and Robert now has peace of mind.

Shifting Soils had caused Voids to Form. The home's Foundation was sinking and cracking. Our crew Excavated Holes. See attached picture. We then attached and Pressurized Push Piers to the base of the Foundation. This Lifted and Strengthened the Foundation. Then the Voids were filled with Polyurethane, to Stabilize the Foundation. The Complete Foundation now has a Consistent Elevation.
