Within minutes, the foam expanded, filling the voids, and gently lifting the slab back to its proper level. Unlike traditional methods, PolyLevel doesn’t add weight to the soil, and it cures in just 15 minutes—meaning minimal disruption.

Next came NexusPro®, a durable silicone-based sealant. The team cleaned and routed the cracks, then applied the sealant to create a watertight, flexible barrier that resists UV rays, temperature changes, and future cracking. NexusPro’s fast curing time allowed Kristin to safely use the patio the very same day.
