The separation was caused by soil settlement beneath the concrete, a common issue throughout Southern California due to changing moisture conditions and soil movement.

The before-photo shows concrete that was in need of repair. The after-photo shows how we fill the cracks of the concrete with our high-end sealant NexusPro. What it does not show is that we also use our PolyLevel service to fill the voids underneath which is what caused the cracks.
