Concrete Lifting & Leveling Before & After Photos

The Before Picture shows one of the cracks on the interior wall of this Poway home.

The After Picture shows our crew using PolyLEVEL to fill a void that had formed under the home's Foundation. This picture also shows a Push Pier, that will be used to strengthen the home's Foundation after the void is filled.

Before photo shows a pool deck in Bonsall that has concrete slabs that have dramatically settled. Now the homeowner not only has an eyesore but a serious tripping hazard! The after photo shows how we used our PolyLevel solution to lift and stabilize concrete slabs. After the concrete has been raised to level, we fill the joints with our top-of-the-line NexusPro sealant. 

Before photo shows a large slab of concrete before it was injected with our PolyLevel solution. The voids underneath the concrete are created by decomposing debris from when the slabs were poured or when they were unproperly installed. The after photo shows how PolyLevel is used to lift the concrete to level and the voids underneath are properly filled so that this problem will not occur again. 

The before photo shows uneven slabs of concrete that are caused by voids underneath that allow the slabs to crack and settle unevenly. To fix this as shown in the after photo is our PolyLevel solution which properly fills the voids with polyurethane to lift and stabilize the slabs. After the slabs are corrected we fill the cracks with Nexus Pro which is a state-of-the-art sealant that will not only protect your concrete, it will create a beautiful finish as shown in the photo.
