Jackie, a homeowner in Anaheim, contacted us concerned about a substantial foundation crack revealed during tile removal. Prioritizing the installation of new flooring, she sought immediate attention for the crack. This involved sawing non-parallel lines along the crack, inserting carbon fiber laminate, filling it with a sturdy 2-part poly, and meticulously smoothing the surface. The process included thorough cleanup to ensure a comprehensive foundation crack repair.
After completion, Jackie felt confident proceeding with her new flooring, knowing the foundation crack was expertly addressed.

PolyLEVELâ„¢ in Anaheim
A home in Anaheim was suffering from settlement issues. The settlement of the home was mostly due to the soils located beneath the foundation, which had settled and caused voids to form in which the home was compromised. The home had a formed cracks in walls and around door and window frames. The homeowner knew it was time to find a fix for the issue, before the damage became worse. The homeowner called Saber and set an appointment for a Design Specialist to come out and evaluate the property.
