Our Project Design Specialist Curtis L found that there are serious issues with her crawlspace. He found floor joists that have completely fallen apart, posts that were either improperly installed or were unsupported. When Julie learned about the issues of her crawl space she decided to go ahead with the project. Edgar and his crew took on this project, they replaced several of the floor joists and replaced all the posts with caps for proper support. Homeland resident Kay S. contacted Saber regarding getting thge Crawlspace in her home insulated. Our Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. We recommended that a dehumidifier be installed along with CleanSpace. This would prevent moisture and mildew from forming. The CleanSpace would make the space warmer. Kay received a written inspection report and our quote.

Homeowners in Loma Linda, California, had noticed a large crack in the slab of their foundation.  After doing some research about the methods to fix the damage caused by the soil settlement below the slab, they knew that they wanted to use a company that would inject foam under the slab.  The other options were thought to be too time consuming and expensive.  The homeowner knew they wanted something that was light weight with a quick finish time and something that would not break the budget.  The homeowners enlisted the help of Saber to repair the crack in the slab and to lift and stabilize the foundation of the home.  The crew from Saber arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time and the work was completed much to the homeowners satisfaction.  The crew injected PolyLEVEL™ beneath the foundation to stabilize the home and to perform a lift, once the lift was complete and the PolyLEVEL™ was cured, the crew then repaired the crack that had formed in the foundation using an epoxy injection.  The homeowners were very pleased with the work competed by Saber and are happy to know that their home is now stabilized and the signs of settlement are no longer an issue.

San Bernardino business Century Arrowhead Vista/SK Management contacted Saber regarding Trip Hazards created by Tree Roots, that were buckling Walkways. Sabers Project Design Specialist completed a thorough inspection.  Saber's crew excavated and removed bucking concrete. We also cut and removed the tree roots that were causing the issue. We prepared these areas with concrete forms. Last of all our crew finished with new concrete to replace the trip hazards. The attached picture shows the completed work. San Bernardino resident Jorge G. contacted Saber regarding earthquake preparedness on his older home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection on Jorge's home. The attached picture is the Crawlspace before the Seizmic Retrofitting Components were installed. Saber's crew attached Universal Foundation Plates, A35 Framing Angles, and Post Caps. These components combined to greatly strengthen Jorge's Home to it's Foundation.

San Bernardino resident Eileen S. contacted Saber regarding sagging floors in her home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. We discovered that the Wood Support Posts in Eileen's home were sliding off of their concrete bases, due to age, and years of earthquakes in Southern California. Saber's crew reinforeced the Wood Floor Joists, with Steel I beams. Them we installed All Metal Smart Jacks with Gravel Bases.  The Smart Jacks were then Pressurized, which lifted Eileen's floor back to a consistent elevation. Eileen is pleased with the results, and happy with the clean up, when our crew finished the job.

Winchester resident Betty H. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of the home, and the garage floor. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. The cracks were caused by shifting soils. Voids had been created. The home's Foundation was sinking into these voids. Saber suggested attaching Push Piers to the Foundation. Once pressurized, these Piers will lift and strengthen the home's Foundation. We also suggested filling the Voids with Polyurethane, using Saber's PolyLevel Injection Process.

Pauma Valley resident Andrew B. contacted Saber regarding cracking that was forming trip hazards in his concrete walkways. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. Shifting soils had created voids under the walkways and the home's foundation. These voids were causing areas of concrete to sink, causing the concrete to weaken and crack. We suggested the installation of Push Piers to the foundation to lift and strengthen it. We also suggested filling the voids with Polyurethane to stabilize the home, and stop the walkways from cracking. Andrew received a copy of both the Saber Homeowner Inspection Report and our 30 day quote.
