Mentone resident Jim J. contacted Saber regarding trip hazards on the walkways around the outside of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist inspected Jim's home. This issue was concrete slabs that were not aligned properly, because voids had formed under them. The sunken slabs needed to be lifted. Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process is the least invasive, and most cost effective way to solve this issue. Jim received a written copy of Saber's Home Inspection Report.

Running Springs resident Michael S. contacted Saber regarding trip hazards on the front porch of his home. Our project Design Specialist completed a thorough inspection of Michael's home. The concrete slabs of his front porch were sinking. Our crew used Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Processs to lift the sinking slabs and level the porch.  Michael was satisfied with the completed job and the clean up.

Diana M, from Beaumont, contacted Saber Foundation Repair regarding a drainage problem with her home.  Sales representative Dan Froehlich performed a complete evaluation. The job foreman, Richard Whitehead, fixed the drainage problem by adding drains. Then the garage and driveway were stabilized, and sealed using our state-of-the-art PolyLevel process.  Diana was satisfied with the job results and the cleanup after the job was done.  

Lake Arrowhead resident James A. contacted Saber in regards to cracks in the exterior walls of his home. Our Project Design Specialist performened a thorough evaluation of James's home. Our crew used the PolyLevel Injection Process to level the foundation and stopped more cracks from appearing. James was happy with the results and the clean up.

Aguanga resident Robert Y. contacted Saber in regards to sagging floors in his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner inspection. The Crawlspace had several floor support posts that were in the process of sliding off of their concrete bases. Saber recommended attaching crossbeams to the existing floor joists. Then we recommended supporting these new crossbeams with all metal Smart Jacks. Robert received Saber's 30 day written quote and a copy of the home inspection.

San Jacinto resident John M contacted Saber regarding drainage problems around his tennis court and uneven decking for his swimming pool. Our project design specialist performed a full evaluation of this property. We leveled the tennis court and swimming pool decking using our state-of-the-art PolyLevel process. We also installed drains around the tennis court. John was satisfied with the job and the clean up.

Victorville resident James K. contacted Saber regarding trip hazards on the patio and walkway concrete slabs at his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist conducted a thorough inspection of James' home. The earth was settling under the concrete, thus creating voids. This was also happening with the home's foundation. Saber's crew used our PolyLevel Injection Process to fill all of the voids and stop the settling issues. James was happy with the outcome and the clean up. Pine Valley resident Theresa D. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of her home. Our Project Design Specialist discovered voids, created by shifting soils, under the founation. Saber recommended attaching Push Piers to the foundation to lift and strengthen the areas of the foundation, that had sunk. We also recommended filling the voids with Polyurethane to stabilize Theresa's home. Theresa received a copy of the home inspection report, and our quote that is valid for 30 days.
