PIering Project in Rosemead
A Rosemead family had noticed that their floors were slanted and many doors and windows in their home couldn't or wouldn't close easily. In September of 2016, they reached out to Saber for a free inspection of their foundation and an estimate on how much it would cost to fix their problems. Upon visiting the property, our project design specialist determined that the home needed to be leveled. The homeowners let him know that previous foundation work had been done to the house and understood that Saber would have to make changes to it in order to secure the home.  During March of 2017, after testing the soil and engineering was completed, Saber's production team inserted 12 push piers in key areas around the house, and was able to lift the home to its original level, straightening doorjambs and window frames. The family was very happy with the results and noted that even though it was a huge project, the team was transparent and kept them up to date with the progress of the work.
Push Pier Foundation Repair & House Leveling in Mt Baldy, CA
A Mountain Home Began Showing Signs of Foundation Settlement A mountainside home in Mt Baldy began developing serious signs of foundation settlement that could no longer be ignored. What started as small wall cracks and minor floor unevenness gradually became more severe over time. The homeowners noticed sloping floors, sticking doors, and visible cracking throughout the structure — all common warning signs of foundation movement caused by unstable soil conditions. The living room floor had noticeably dipped toward one corner of the home, and the front door became increasingly difficult to open and close. The homeowners grew concerned about the safety of the structure, potential property value loss, and the possibility of much larger construction repairs if the settlement continued. After attempting temporary do-it-yourself fixes that failed to stop the cracking, the homeowners searched online for trusted foundation repair experts in Southern California. Their search for foundation repair near me led them to Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair, a company known for residential foundation stabilization and structural repair solutions throughout the region. Foundation Inspection Identified Soil Washout Beneath the Home The team at Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair performed a detailed foundation inspection to determine the source of the structural movement. During the evaluation, technicians discovered that heavy winter rainstorms had washed away supporting soil beneath portions of the home’s footing. As the soil eroded and weakened, sections of the foundation lost support and began settling unevenly into the voided areas below. This differential settlement caused stress throughout the structure, leading to wall cracks, sticking doors, uneven flooring, and visible structural movement. To permanently stabilize the home, the team recommended installing a push pier foundation repair system designed to transfer the structural load onto deeper, stable load-bearing soil beneath the weak upper layers. Push Pier Foundation Stabilization & House Lifting The repair process was designed to be minimally invasive while providing long-term structural stabilization for the home. The crew excavated small sections near the settling footing areas and attached heavy-duty steel push pier brackets directly to the foundation. Steel push piers were then hydraulically driven deep beneath the home until they reached stable supporting soils capable of properly supporting the structure. Once the push piers achieved the required depth and capacity, the crew carefully pressurized the system to lift the settled portions of the house back toward a more consistent elevation. This process helped restore level flooring, improve door operation, and reduce structural stress throughout the home. The entire foundation stabilization project was completed in only two days with minimal disruption to the property. The push pier system also included a 25-year warranty, providing long-term protection and peace of mind for the homeowners. The Results Immediately following the repairs, the homeowners noticed a dramatic improvement throughout the home. The floors felt level again, doors and windows operated properly, and the foundation cracks stopped worsening. Most importantly, the home was permanently stabilized against continued settlement caused by shifting mountain soils and erosion conditions common in hillside communities throughout Southern California. An updated property appraisal even reflected improved home value after the structural repairs were completed.   By combining expert foundation inspection services with permanent push pier stabilization technology, Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair successfully restored structural stability and peace of mind to this Mt Baldy home.

Foundation Settlement Repair & Push Pier Stabilization in La Mirada, CA
A homeowner in La Mirada became concerned after noticing significant floor sloping and structural movement throughout an older home. Uneven floors are often one of the earliest warning signs of foundation settlement and unstable soil conditions beneath a structure, especially in aging Southern California homes. To properly assess the problem, the homeowner contacted Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair for a detailed foundation inspection and structural evaluation. During the inspection, Saber’s foundation repair specialists carefully analyzed the property and identified settlement-related movement affecting the home’s foundation system. To permanently stabilize the structure, the team recommended a customized repair solution utilizing heavy-duty steel push piers combined with PolyLevel® polyurethane foam injection technology. The push pier system was designed to transfer the weight of the home onto deeper, stable load-bearing soil beneath the weaker upper soil layers responsible for the settlement. Push piers are one of the most effective long-term foundation stabilization solutions for homes experiencing structural settlement and sloping floors throughout Southern California. In addition to the foundation stabilization work, PolyLevel® polyurethane foam injection was recommended to help fill underlying voids and stabilize affected concrete surfaces. The lightweight expanding foam helps restore support beneath settled areas while reducing the risk of future movement. By combining push pier foundation repair with PolyLevel® concrete stabilization, Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair provided a permanent structural repair solution designed to improve stability, safety, and long-term performance for this La Mirada home.
